Option 1 · Finished gift boxes by AQUOL
We make the whole box — product, logo box, sleeve or hot-stamped lid, thank-you card — ready to hand out on arrival. AQ-GB5, AQ-GP5 and AQ-GB6 below; sea freight is the standard route.
Option 2 · Loose product, your boxes
We supply logo-labeled product in bulk (AQ-PO1 below) and your team kits it into your own gift boxes. Also the rush route: product-only orders can ship by air, freight quoted per order.

Loose product carries your client’s logo label and brand-color match, bulk-packed for your own kitting — and product-only orders can fly: air freight quoted per order when a date is too close for the boat.

Registration and certification are free, and take one email. Tell us your company and your ASI, SAGE or PPAI number — we verify every registration by hand. Certified distributors receive the sell sheet with coded pricing, the $99 spec sample, and the monthly factory shade card for developing new colors.

One email with your company name and ASI, SAGE or PPAI number. No fee, no forms portal, no commitment.
2 · We verify
We check the company, the industry number and the website by hand, and reply within one business day.
3 · You’re certified
You receive an AQUOL Certified Distributor certificate and badge for your site, the sell sheet with coded pricing, sample access, and the monthly factory shade card to develop new colors for your clients.
Certification stays active while you’re an AQUOL distributor in good standing. It tells your clients the coded pricing and the compliance pack behind it come straight from the supplier.
Questions
Does registration cost anything?
No. Registration and certification are free — we’re the supplier; it’s our job to make AQUOL easy to sell, not to charge you for looking at it.
Can we assemble our own gift boxes?
Yes — order AQ-PO1 loose product supply: bottles or pens in any shade, including your client’s brand color, with the client’s logo label applied by us and bulk-packed for your team to kit into your own boxes. Minimum 100 units per shade.
What if a client date is too close for sea freight?
Product-only orders (AQ-PO1) can ship by air, with freight quoted per order. That is the rush route: we supply the product, your team kits the boxes on arrival.
What is the minimum order?
100 boxes per design.
Are there setup charges?
No. A digital proof is included.
Can you blind ship to my client?
Yes. We ship to your client with a neutral packing slip; the AQUOL brand stays on the product itself.
Do you offer spec samples?
Yes. A distributor sample box is $99 including US shipping, credited in full to your first order.
Which documents can I give my client's procurement team?
SDS, a COA per batch, the full INCI ingredient list and confirmation of MoCRA product listing. AQUOL is made at an FDA-registered facility.
Who are these gifts for?
Adult recipients: employees, admin teams and clients. Not for children's programs, and we don't supply them as gifts to healthcare professionals or government officials.
